Welcome to Elektro Assemblies! Since 1973, Elektro manufactures quality wire harnesses, cable assemblies and control panel/box build products for a wide variety of manufacturing clients. Our “sweet spot” includes projects such as Research and Development prototypes and low to high volume builds. Our mission is to provide zero defect electro-mechanical subassemblies to Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) leaders in their industry. Our focus begins with our team members. Through training and quality assurance methodologies that follow lean manufacturing principles and the IPC 620–A standards, we have built a team of hard working, quality minded professionals ready to serve your electro-mechanical subassembly needs.

We added the production and sale of medical training aids in 1985. Two of our products were brought to market in conjunction with the Mayo Clinic. Our medical training aids and devices provide cost effective, “real life” simulation aimed towards the instruction and practice of veni-puncture and catheterization techniques (VEN-Dot® and Ned Chest®). We also have developed a simple but innovative clamp (VAS-Clamp®) to assist in the care of dialysis patients.
